WEST MOTIVATIONS is a non profit organization established in April 2006. Under the leadership and guidance of Ralph West, Executive Director, we are a dynamic team of creative, passionate, and dedicated individuals. WEST MOTIVATIONS currently provides individualized motivational speaking services to youth in out of home placements and staff development services to the staff working with these youth.
Through individualized and strength based services, WEST MOTIVATIONS will empower youth to overcome adversity and improve life outcomes by visualizing options, recognizing opportunities, and realizing personal goals. WEST MOTIVATIONS will provide services to at risk youth in out of home placements as well as those aging out of the child welfare system and are in need of housing and supportive services. These services aim to to enhance their successful transition into adulthood.
